This is a free, early GitHub Actions audit. It is experimental. You must be 13 or older and have a GitHub account. California law governs. Courts in San Francisco.

The service is offered in the United States. By signing in or installing you represent that you are not an EEA or UK controller who needs a DPA. If you need a DPA or EU/UK processor terms, email me before signing in or installing. I will pause that handoff. A public-repo report does not install the App. A completed one is readable at its URL without signing in.

By installing you represent that you have authority to install this App on the selected repositories and to let it open pull requests there.

GitHub’s grant is broader than what the app does. Contents write can read and push any file in the selected repositories. We mint a write token only when you click an action. We create a branch. We open a draft pull request. If GitHub refuses drafts, we open a ready-for-review pull request instead. The Bravoure GitHub App bot opens that pull request. We only change files under .github/workflows. We do not merge. We do not force-push. We do not update the default branch. Draft and ready-for-review pull requests can still run pull_request workflows. Workflow files can run with secrets after merge. You review. You merge.

Skip pushes leaves some pushes to a pull request untested. If you click it, you accept that. AI-written sends measured numbers to the inference provider named on Data & Security. Workflow files are not sent. That output can be wrong. You review it before you merge. A successful apply (pull request or .patch) turns watch on for that install. Later workflow edits can trigger mail that names jobs and paths and may attach a .patch. You can stop watch from the report. A later apply turns it back on.

Dollar figures are published GitHub and Blacksmith list rates, sometimes projected. They are not your invoice. They are not advice.

The service is provided as-is. I do not warrant that a patch is safe, that a pull request will not run CI, or that a number matches your bill. I am not liable for lost CI time, broken workflows, or other losses, except for fraud, willful injury, or anything California will not let me disclaim. You paid nothing. That is the cap where a cap is allowed.

Uninstall the GitHub App on GitHub to end access. Delete your Bravoure data from the install page, or email me. Uninstall does not wipe Resend or the founder copy of completion mail. Those limits are on Privacy and Data & Security.

If these terms change in a material way, I will email the address on your account and update the date on this page.
